Get a growth plan
Six questions. One honest next step.
Most consultancy enquiries start with a form and end with a pitch. This starts with your situation and ends with the next step we would genuinely recommend — including the times that means keeping your money.
- Six questions, about two minutes
- Business model, scale, marketing investment, where growth feels stuck, timing, and who runs growth today. No forms about your budget approval process.
- An honest fit read
- We score fit against the work we do well — businesses between £5m and £50m+ with real marketing investment. If a paid engagement would not pay for itself yet, we say so.
- One recommended next step
- Not a menu. One next step with the reasoning behind it, plus the free tool that helps with your specific constraint straight away.

What the process includes, and what you get
The questions people ask before starting — process, deliverables and what happens after you submit.
What does the process actually involve?
Six multiple-choice questions about your business model, revenue scale, annual marketing investment, where growth feels stuck, timing and who owns growth today. Roughly two minutes. Nothing is scored on how eager you sound.
What do I receive?
An on-screen fit score and band, a plain-English read on what is most likely limiting growth, one recommended next step with the reasoning behind it, and a free tool matched to your constraint. The same plan arrives by email so you can forward it internally.
What happens after I submit?
You land on a confirmation screen with your plan, and you can ask for a fifteen-minute follow-up by confirming your email and when suits. We reply with two or three times, or you can book a slot yourself.
Is the fifteen minutes a sales call?
No. We walk through your plan, what we would look at first, and whether paid work is warranted at all. If it is not, you get the honest version and the free route instead.
Does this commit me to anything?
No. There is no call booked automatically and no generic drip sequence — only follow-up that relates to what you actually looked at, and you can stop it in one click.
What if we are too small?
Then the recommendation will say so and point you at the free Growth Economics snapshot instead. We would rather tell you that now than after an invoice.
How is fit scored?
Revenue scale and annual marketing investment carry the most weight, because they decide whether a better growth decision is worth paying for. Timing, constraint and team shape then decide which engagement shape fits.
Who sees my answers?
Danny and Jessica only. Answers are stored against your contact record so we do not ask you the same things twice, and we never share or sell them.
