Tools and estimates
The Growth Economics snapshot, Growth Profile modules and benchmark content produce directional estimates based on the figures you enter and published market benchmarks. They are decision-support material, not financial advice, forecasts or guarantees of outcome. Commercial decisions remain yours.
Intellectual property
Frameworks, research, benchmark data and site copy are the property of This Is Better. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish full pieces, resell benchmark data, or present our frameworks as your own — except where a separate written agreement (for example an agency white-label engagement) says otherwise.
Engagements
Paid work — the Growth Diagnostic, sprints, programmes and embedded engagements — is governed by a separate statement of work agreed between both parties. Nothing on this site forms a contract, and submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its free tools and content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
